1) USA Security Ltd. is our manufacturing and technology division that manufactures the MAXUM PI Pro DVR/NVR¿s and provides a complete line of both analog and IP cameras with all required accessories.
2) USA Financial Services provides a comprehensive leasing program that is designed to aid and support our Dealers to increase the number of sales and to increase the gross profit in each of those transactions.
3) USA Fleet Services is a program that provides GPS tracking on fleet or personal vehicles and/or assets.
4) Last but not least, we have Dealer Services which provides assistance to all the above divisions and includes, webinar trainings that venture more into the sales and marketing arenas.
In 2004 USA released the Maxum hardware compressed DVR. USA Security was one of the pioneers in hardware compression at that time. Our manufacturing division produces DVR¿s and NVR¿s from 4 channels up to 64 channels, with the capabilities of pulling down 30 FPS (frames per second) per channel at D1 resolution (720 X 480). Therefore, with 64 channels, that totals a staggering 1920 FPS view and record speeds for the system.
In 2005 USA Security was 1 of 2 companies to introduce the H.264 hardware compression technology at the ISC West show in Las Vegas. (Comment: It is flattering to have your peers like Honeywell and Toshiba coming to your booth to see what you are doing.) We were the first company to release to the world a 64 channel real time recording DVR.
Today, the MAXUM DVR is a true hybrid capable of allowing both analog and IP cameras too integrate with the system. We also have the NAS Mini platform that is a Standalone Linux embedded system that runs the full array of our software to include analytics and integration with access control, POS, ATM machines and a variety of other capabilities.
We also have a complete line of analog cameras, from mid to high range. We OEM the majority of these cameras out of Taiwan and Korea. USA Security also distributes a variety of IP cameras manufactured by ACTI, Vivotek, Arecont Vision and Zavio. These are some of the leading IP camera manufacturers.
USA Security also provides commonly needed accessories; such as, video baluns, BNC connectors, mounts, brackets, wireless products and much more. We are a complete solution provider for the CCTV Industry.
USA Financial Services was put in place to promote and grease the wheels for greater equipment sales and also to provide a vehicle to support our Dealers to increase their number of sales and to increase the gross profit in each and every one of those transactions.
USA Financial Services has numerous direct banking relationships, access to publically traded hedge fund monies and also private monies. We can get the A and B deals done, but we also have sources with an appetite to get the C and D deals done as well. The C & D rates will reflect the associated risks involved in those deals. We can get deals done all even with a 550 Beacon/FICO score. Bottom line, if a deal can be done, we will make it happen.
