Store Policies
USA Security LTD offers the following Store Policies:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
A) PAYMENT- Terms are Prepaid, unless other arrangements are agreed to before shipment in U.S. Dollars. Payment is accepted in the following forms: Cash, Cashiers Check, Verifiable Visa or mastercard Credit Card and ship to the card holders address, Postal Money Orders, Wire Transfer, T/T.
B) SHIPPING- Unless otherwise arranged, we ship F.O.B. Origin, prepaid freight by the customer. This means the customer pays freight upon shipment of the item. Otherwise, UPS or Fed-Ex accounts must be provided upon order. You own the merchandise while it is in transit. If there are any damage claims, you as the buyer, file against the transportation company and will receive compensations directly from them.
C) DAMAGE CLAIMS- The transportation company is responsible for the safe Delivery of your merchandise from the time it leaves our facility and/or the manufacturer¿s facility to the time it arrives at your location. In the unlikely event your merchandise arrives damaged, mark all shipping documents as ¿damaged in transit¿ with a description of the damage. You may elect to refuse the shipment or accept it and file a damage claim. You must notify the shipping company within ten (10) days after receipt of the claim. If you can take photographs of the damage it will assist you with the claim.
D) RETURNS- A call to our technical representative is required before returning any Merchandise. You must obtain a ¿Return Authorization Number¿ (RA). Credit will be given only towards the exchange of a factory defective item with the same model as originally purchased.
E) USA Security, Ltd. at its discretion will repair, replace, or issue credit against any merchandise proved to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a 1-year period. Overseas customers must have a service department to affix minor hardware repairs. USA Security Ltd. Will either provide replacement hardware on all warranty items. USA Security Ltd. will provide technical support on both hardware and software.
RMA
An RMA must be assigned by USA Security Ltd. prior to any product being returned for repair, warranty
replacement, advance replacement or credit. Please provide the following information to ensure your RMA can be processed.
1. Call, email or fax the RMA department.

2. Provide your Company Name, Address, Phone Number and Name of the person making the request.
3. Provide Part #, Serial #, Quantity and Detailed description of the problem.
4. Provide one or more of the following: Date of the shipment, P.O. Number from the Shipment or
Invoice Number from the shipment.
5. State on your request one of the following: "Returned for Credit", "Repair or Replace" or "Advance
Replace".
Credit
USA Security Ltd. will accept product returned for credit under the following stipulations:
1. An RMA number as well as an USA Security Ltd. invoice is required for all Credits.
2. Items returned within 30 days from date of purchase and in new and resalable condition including accessories and materials will incur a 25% restock fee.
3. Items returned 31-90 days from date of sale and in new and resalable condition including
accessories and materials will incur a 40% restock fee.
4. Items over one year from the date of purchase are not eligible for credit.
5. Items returned within the above time frames may be charged a higher restock fee or not accepted at all
if the product or any of the accessories, manuals etc need to be replaced or are not in new and resalable
condition.
Advance Replacement
Equipment that is within one year from the date of sale may be eligible for advance. Only customers in
good credit standing are eligible for Advance Replacement. Customers who do not have an open account
can guarantee the advance replacement with a credit card. The customer must make a request for advance
replacement through an USA Security Ltd. technician to assure that no possibility of field repair is available. The
advance replacement will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified and the customer will be
billed current price for the product. The defective product should be sent back to USA Security Ltd. as soon as
possible. When received, the defective product will be tested. If the product is tested "bad" the returned
unit will be credited against the advance invoice to the customer. If tested "good" the product will be
returned to the customer.
Replacement
Upon receipt of products with a valid RMA number, USA Security Ltd. may elect to replace the product. All
shipments will be sent UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Refurbished product may be used to
replace defective product if it has been pre-tested.
Repair
Upon receipt of products with a valid RMA, USA Security Ltd. may elect to repair products within warranty and
return it to the customer. In this case, the product will be brought back to the original product
specifications and sent back to the customer in a timely fashion. If the product is out of the above warranty
period, the customer may pay to have the product repaired. An estimate for the repair will be provided and
when USA Security Ltd. is given a written P.O. by the customer to proceed, the product will be repaired and returned
to the customer. All repaired product will be returned UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
IN ALL OF THE ABOVE CASES THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS TO USA SECURITY Ltd.
USA SECURITY Ltd. WILL PAY SHIPPING COST OF UPS GROUND FOR RETURN OF THE PRODUCT TO THE
CUSTOMER UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED TO.
USA SECURITY Ltd. ASSUMES NO RISK AND SHALL BE SUBJECT TO NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OR
LOSS RESULTING FROM THE SPECIFIC USE OR APPLICATION MADE OF THE PRODUCTS.
USA SECURITY Ltd. LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT,
NEGLIGENCE, INFRINGEMENT OF ANY RIGHTS OF ANY PARTY OR PRODUCT LIABILITY,
RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE
DEALER TO USA SECURITY Ltd. FOR SUCH PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL USA SECUIRTY Ltd. BE LIABLE FOR
ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE,
LOSS OF PROFIT AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES) HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER BY THE
NEGLIGENCE OF USA SECURITY Ltd. OR OTHERWISE.
F) WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Out of Warranty period
1) Abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment or neglect
2) Damage caused during installation, modification or repair not authorized
3) Damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging
4) Products whose service number have been removed
5) Products not purchased from the Company
G) WARNING- U.S. FEDERAL REGULATION- Customer must post a warning Sign if an ¿Audio¿ device is used in conjunction with a Video recording device purchased through this Website. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to seek legal counsel for interpretation of any local, state, or federal laws applicable to the possession, sale, or use of the products purchased through this Website.
H) SITE USAGE- Content on this Site is ¿Exclusive¿ to USA Security LTD. Any and all items and information on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphical images, file, products, pricing, software, and technical specifications are Proprietary to USA Security LTD and cannot be distributed to third parties without the express written consent of the Company. Some of the information may be protected under U.S. Copyright law, intellectual property rights and other applicable laws. The company grants you an ¿Exclusive¿ and non-transferable limited right to view this Website. The Company reserves the right to change or modify the Contents at any time. These terms and conditions of Use, and any claim relating to, and the use of, this Site and the material contained herein are governed by the Laws of the State of Colorado.
